i recently stayed at holiday inn express for a weekend trip and it truly exceeded my expectations! the complimentary breakfast was awesome, with hot scrambled eggs and a pancake maker. my room was pristine and the staff were genuinely helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable.

The AC was super loud all night, but the room was really clean.

the staff are definetly friendly, but the first check-in person was rude! not to mention the breakfast area was a free-for-all with long lines and no seating. absolutely ridiculous that I wasn’t offered an upgrade for the inconvenience.
